Toby caught up with the fantastic Johnny Took from DMA’s this week to talk all about the new way of gigging and if he’s ever punched a shark!? The brilliant girls from HAIM also dropped by on FaceTime for a chat all about their 2021 'One More Haim' UK Tour and who they would pick as the faces for ‘Mount Rockmore’.  One of the Radio X listeners has also sent in a copy of her VERY saucy novel to Toby, so we decided to make a more broadcastable version for our audience to hear. Stumpy’s Quiz is back for one more time trust us and its a good one! And we were joined once again by the ever entertaining Phil Tufnell along with Isa Guha and tested out the return of the brilliant Kim, Kim or Kym game with them! We made some ‘Instant History’ this week as the team were joined by the one and only Simon Neil from Biffy Clyro over FaceTime! He told us all about the band’s brand new album and how they are putting on a virtual livestreamed gig to mark its launch. We also dived straight into our giveaway of the brand new and very EXCLUSIVE Chris Moyles Show Face Masks! Which lucky listeners were able to get their hands on one? Well what a surprise the team had this week as the lovely Pippa and Toby from The Chris Moyles Show only went and announced they had got...ENGAGED! Congratulations to them! ? And also to add to the week’s good news Chris was absolutely thrilled that Leeds United had once again been promoted to the Premier League….after 16 YEARS. Happy Chris. We even managed to squeeze in a FaceTime with the brilliant Marcus Mumford who told us all about the fantastic new prize draw initiative War Child are running.
