Danny Bridgeman is predominantly a movement teacher offering private sessions, group classes, online videos, corporate work and retreats. He focuses on fitness, posture, functional movement and relaxation.&nbsp;
Sessions range from the subtlety of body awareness and meditation to HIIT and martial fitness.
