This week, we are tackling changing negative mindsets into positive ones. Now we know this is not easy, as therapist we see this issue come up so often and as humans we have been challenged in this area as well but there is help. Positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health. Thinking positively just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. It is about looking at things from a positive point of view. It focuses on maintaining a positive, optimistic attitude. This doesn't mean the negative thoughts will not come it just means you can acknowledge them, process them and let them pass so you don't get stuck there. This is going to be a good one some come vibe with us.&nbsp;

This can take time and this can seem like a journey, but it is so worth it.
